For over a year, a 13-year-old girl was being repeatedly molested by her father's friend. What's even more shocking is that her parents knew about it, but refused to come to her rescue. The reason? The girl's father owed Rs50,000 to his friend, Nisar Khan, and was in no position to repay him.
